Return & Refund Policy:
Battery-Web.com's policy is to provide our customers with superior customer service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for anyreason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price. On discountwholesale items, a restocking fee may apply. Your refund will be issued within five business days of receipt of the product(s) by check or credited to thecredit card used for the original purchase. Furthermore, most of our products carry a one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
In order to return a product, you must e-mail us your request to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 877-746-2288 and ask for our RMA Department. Please provide your name, day-time phone number, order number and the reason for the return. We will then give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and complete instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us. If you do not request a RMA number a 5% fee will apply, in addition restocking fees may apply.

Shipping & Delivery Times:
Battery-Web.com is proud to offer shipping using United Parcel Service (UPS). Depending on your location, delivery may take 4-10 business days from the date your order was placed. If you need an item delivered faster, select Next Day or Second Day delivery when you're placing your order. The amount of freight is displayed on your order form. Freight charges vary depending on the package weight and the shipping method selected.
Most of the items we carry are in stock and will ship on the same day you place your order (if the order is placed before 12:00PM EST) or on the next business day (if the order is placed after 12:00PM EST). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (usually Monday unless there is a national holiday).
(Note: business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded).
UPS Ground - Your order should be delivered within four to ten business days.
UPS 2 Day delivery - Your order will be delivered within 2 business days.
UPS Next Day delivery - Your order will be delivered on the next business day, usually before 10:30AM.
Only 2 Day delivery and Next Day delivery are guaranteed, there is no guarantee on Ground service. If the actual shipping time ends up being longer than that guaranteed by the shipping method you've chosen, the freight amount will be refunded to you. Simply let us know. E-mail us with your name and order number and the date the package was delivered to email@example.com.
In rare cases the item you've ordered will not be in stock (this is called a backorder). We will notify you immediately if this is the case and ask you if you still wish to leave the product(s) on back order. If you decide to continue with your order, we will ship the item to you as soon as it is available. If you decide to cancel your order, we will void your order and issue you a full credit of your purchase.
