This is truly a high performance battery charger, with 3 Stage charging, all microprocessor controlled. The I/C RT (REACTION TIME) 12-16 is rated at 30 amps for the fastest recharge available today. The new Hibernate mode makes this same charger ideal for winter battery storage. To eliminate any harmful effects of long term trickle charge, this unit automatically shuts down to a zero output, minimal energy consumption mode, after 24 hours in float/ standby, applying a maintenance charge cycle to the battery once every 30 days.
